Step 1

Slice the bread into small pieces and soak in the water for about 5 - 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the bread so that it loses the water. Peel the tomatoes, cut into 2 halves, and core. Also, cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Peel and then cut the onions it into small pieces.

Step 3

In a bowl, put the vegetables with the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and the sherry vinegar and let everything marinate for about 7 minutes. Add the rest and mix everything well with the hand blender.

Step 4

You can add tomato juice if the soup is too thick, as needed. The soup should stay rather thick. Then chill the soup as it’ll be eaten cold.
