In a deep saucepan, combine the milk, granulated sugar, rice flour and cornstarch.
Mix the mixture with a whisk until smooth and cook on the stove until thick. Add the butter, mix and let it melt in the dessert’s temperature.
Cover the entire surface of a greased baking sheet with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Separate two scoops of the custard in equal amounts. Put the tray on the stove and pour one half of the mixture in it. When the burning process is over, pour the remaining custard into the tray.
Fix it with a spatula. To raise the consistency, put in the fridge. Cut the dessert you have cooled into long thin slices and roll them up with a spatula.
