Veal with Lemon

Step 1

Prepare the rice in the usual way.

Step 2

Boil the veal slices with a bit of water. Keep removing the foam from the veal by turning the meat until it absorbs the water. Next, add the olive oil and sauté.

Step 3

Add the juice of lemon, pepper, and salt to taste, as well as the carrots and onion. Next, simmer for about 35 minutes.

Step 4

Serve it over the rice or with fries.
