Chicken in Garlic

Step 1

Peel and roughly chop the garlic, sprinkle with salt, and mash into a paste with a flat knife or a mortar. Put the paste in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pepper, and mix everything into a marinade.

Step 2

Brush the chicken pieces with it and cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Step 3

Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan, fry the chicken pieces vigorously, and fry them over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Drain the meat on kitchen paper, sprinkle with the parsley, and serve.
