Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Combine the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, whisk the egg, almond extract and salt in. After a minute, add the flour and almond flour and mix well. Scoop the mixture, roll it in your hands and then press down. Place on a baking tray and bake for 21-24 minutes.

Step 3

Dust with sugar and cool before serving.
